To access B2B wholesale pricing and place orders, you must register a business account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Khaja Mobiles is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

Each account is intended for a single business entity. Sharing account access with unauthorized parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its infrastructure
• Reselling products purchased through our platform without explicit authorization
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity

All content on the Khaja Mobiles platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, data compilations, and software, is the property of Khaja Mobiles or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent. The Khaja Mobiles name and logo are trademarks of Khaja Mobiles and may not be used without authorization.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment terms are as agreed upon during the order process. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due before shipment. We accept payment methods as indicated on our platform. Invoices are generated for each completed order and sent to the registered email address.

Khaja Mobiles reserves the right to set credit limits and modify payment terms based on account history and creditworthiness. Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of account privileges.
